Operational messaging program terms.

Effective July 25, 2026

These terms govern the HIS OPS SMS program offered by Average Guys Business Services. By checking the consent box on our SMS consent page and submitting your information, you confirm your voluntary enrollment in recurring HIS OPS operational text messages.

Program description

HIS OPS messages may include store operations alerts, checklist completion notices, temperature log reminders, maintenance assignments, preventive maintenance tasks, FPC repair item updates, calendar notices, and weekly assignment summaries.

Consent and message frequency

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, purchase, or use of HIS OPS. Message frequency varies based on restaurant activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.

Opting out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any HIS OPS message. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and then no further HIS OPS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and program availability may change.

Our handling of personal and mobile information is described in our publicly available Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS consent or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
